Harley's Heroes™ is an opportunity to celebrate military veterans, their families, and their supporters.
Since 2007, the Motor Company and Disabled American Veterans (DAV) have been working together to bring free benefits counseling to veterans of all generations across the country.
Did you know the non-profit DAV spent an average of $1,000 per mobile stop last year? All services provided by the DAV and Harley's Heroes™ are free of charge to veterans. To give you an idea of that impact, last year alone, the DAV helped a quarter million veterans receive more than $5 billion in earned benefits.
Since September 11, the number of disabled veterans has risen to 3 million -- and that number is expected to reach 4 million by the end of this decade ... that’s more than a million newly disabled veterans. Veterans need our support now more than ever!
Harley-Davidson® of Montgomery has made the commitment to honor our veterans by participating in the national Harley’s Heroes™ tour, opening our dealership doors to the DAV and their mobile service program on Saturday, November 10, 2012!
DAV National Service Officers, all disabled veterans themselves, will provide FREE benefits counseling to all veterans and answer their questions about what benefits they are eligible for -- even if they have never filed a claim or had found it difficult working through the red tape.
If you or someone you know is a veteran who would benefit from this event, please help us spread the word!

Funds raised at Harley's Heroes™ events go directly to DAV's programs that help disabled veterans, including the Mobile Service Office program.
